This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how customers can request returns, exchanges, or refunds for products purchased from Shriyans Boutique. Because we manufacture handcrafted products, we follow strict but fair guidelines.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
– Wrong product received
– Damaged product received
– Major defect in embroidery, stitching, or fabric
To be eligible, customers must:
– Inform us within 24 hours of delivery
– Provide a full unboxing video showing the package opening from start to end
– Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Without an unboxing video, return/refund requests cannot be processed.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Because our sarees are handcrafted and unique, the following reasons are not accepted for return or refund:
– Color variation due to lighting or mobile/computer screen
– Minor handwork irregularities (normal in handmade items)
– Change of mind or dislike of product
– Size concerns (for free-size sarees)
– Slight variation in design due to manual craftsmanship
Handmade products will always have natural variations that add uniqueness.
3. Reporting Time Window
You must report issues within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Reports made after this time frame will not be eligible for return or exchange.
4. Return Approval Process
- Customer submits complaint with unboxing video and photos.
- Our quality team verifies the issue.
- If approved, we arrange return pickup or ask you to courier back (depending on location).
- After we receive and inspect the product, we process replacement or refund.
5. Refund Guidelines
Refunds are given only when:
– Product is damaged
– Wrong item was shipped
– Replacement is unavailable
Refund Method:
– Original payment method (UPI, bank, card)
– Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Replacement Policy
If the product is eligible, we offer:
– Same product replacement (if in stock)
– Or full refund if replacement is unavailable
Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for replacement.
7. Return Shipping
– If the issue is from our side, we bear the return shipping cost.
– If the customer provides incorrect address or rejects delivery, re-shipping charges apply.
8. Order Cancellation
– Orders can be canceled only before shipping.
– Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
If payment was made and order is canceled early, a full refund will be provided.
